We are seeking a driven and dynamic office administrator for our Walnut Creek office. This position will be responsible for the front office and will liaison with the sales department in that location. We are a fast-paced, production oriented company and are looking for someone who is up for a challenging position and is hungry to further their career.
The right candidate has at least 3+ years experience in administration, ideally in a financial or sales environment. This is not a normal "administration" only position. It is a unique position requiring someone with both administrative and sales strengths. *This is not a SALES position* However, you will be responsibility for supporting the sales department by working out finances and collecting money from customers in the office, usually $8k-$13k per sale. This requires the ideal candidate have a willingness or experience to be involved in the sales process and is comfortable handling personal financial situations with customers and be very comfortable both in person and on the phone dealing with customers.
The person we are looking for would not be happy sitting in a cubicle or working in a "clock puncher" type of company that moves slowly. We want a go-getter, interested in being the best, outgoing, organized, ready to take on a challenge and help lead the office. We are looking for someone who thrives under pressure and does it with a calm exterior acting as a support to his/her fellow co-workers.

Oversee front office operations and schedules
Liaison with front office, senior manager, sales, back office and doctors
Report sales statistics and manage collections for the office
Conduct confirmation calls for appointments and follow up calls
Work in office with customers collecting payments and handling financing options
Requirements for the position:
Legally able to work in the US
Own your own reliable transportation and have valid drivers license
3+ years experience in administration
Read, write and speak fluent English
Able to sit, stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs. (for general office running around and lifting)
