As our online sales continue to grow, it is our goal to be at the forefront of emerging technologies and innovative marketing practices. To achieve this, we're looking for a talented individual to supervise and manage our e-commerce properties in addition to developing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns.

- Oversee multiple e-commerce stores and become an expert in our platform's capabilities and functionality
- Supervise the daily management & maintenance of all online content and product merchandising
- Identify trends and insights, and make recommendations for optimizing spending and performance based on these insights
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, email, and social media advertising campaigns
- Review, edit and proofread all content, site updates and discounts. Perform site updates (includes editing content pages, promotional landing pages, brand support materials, value added content, etc.)
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Optimize landing pages to create a great user experience
- Work with third party agencies to add additional functionality and services to our sites
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

- BS/MS degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Experience working with the Bigcommerce e-commerce platform or a related service (e.g. Shopify, Magento, Volusion, etc.)
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, and social media advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Strong interpersonal communications skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and e-commerce
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
