We are seeking a motivated Accounting professional who has extensive experience Job Costing & Payroll. This position will focus on Accounts Payable, Job Costing, Payroll accounting functions and office admin duties. We are a subcontractor located in Central Phoenix and require construction experience.

This is an Accounts Payable/Payroll Administrator position; responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Construction experience required
3+ years experience in Job Costing Accounting
3+ years experience Accounts Payable
3+ years experience in Payroll
Monthly Vendor Reconciliations
Knowledge & experience in certified (Davis-Bacon) filings
ALL Human Resource duties
Workers Comp Filing
OSHA 300 Logs
Knowledge of ADP
Driven, confident, and detail-oriented
Must be very organized and able to work through interruptions
Must be willing to step in and help others with their tasks if requested
Assist with answering phone
General office filing as needed
Miscellaneous administrative duties as needed
Microsoft Excel Knowledge a must
Knowledge of Sage 100 (MasterBuilder) and QuickBooks a plus

Bilingual a HUGE PLUS. This is a small office environment. Absolutely no phone calls, walk-ins, or staffing agencies.
