Position Summary:
Works as part of a creative team to concept, design, develop, and execute multimedia marketing and image campaigns (print collateral, advertising, email, infographics, web and presentations) to extend and effectively communicate the AeroGarden brand.

Principal Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for, but not limited to --
Meet with team to determine marketing objectives, translate them into Innovative creative solutions and persuasively present those solutions
Manage design projects from concept to completion and make adjustments for changes in timelines, deadlines, inventory and project goals
Develop look and feel of direct response email messages, banners, landing pages, mobile interfaces and other technologies in the Interactive space to reflect brand/campaign theme
Design & develop through to production print assignments including catalogs, trade show graphics, packaging, retail displays and direct mail
Work closely with team to execute highly-finished digital comps
Ability to develop "high response" and "high brand" executions when required
Accountable for quality fast-turn, day-to-day creative assets as well as long-term strategic projects
Ability to move fast and accurately when producing multiple versions and sizes of media assets
Conceptualize practical uses of new and emerging technologies to drive better brand experience and/or higher performance

Key Skills, qualifications:
Strong online portfolio with working examples of online/print/retail advertising
Previous agency or corporate creative dept. experience with an emphasis on online media
A passion for design, a good understanding of principles of direct response marketing visual hierarchy and usability
Able to work independently in a deadline-sensitive and fast- paced environment
Ability to multi-task and handle other duties as assigned
A team player with a positive attitude
Expert user of Adobe Creative Cloud programs, Microsoft Office Suite (Mac environment)
Working Knowledge of HTML, CSS -- proficiency a plus
Experience using After Effects, Adobe Premier and Edge Animate -- proficiency a plus

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in design, interactive media or related field
4-6 years experience designing emails, banners, landing pages, web graphics & video, social media assets, print marketing for retail packaging/point of purchase materials
