To maintain our exclusive client list through a consultative approach to sales, to grow our pipeline of business, to oversee the day to day functionality of our team of Account Executives, and to liaise within and across LAMILL departments and serve as a position of leadership for our sales team along with our Relations Managers, COO and CEO.
LAMILL Coffee is expanding. We are currently seeking a Senior Account Executive to manage and grow our business in metro Los Angeles and beyond. The right candidate will be very organized and well spoken with an attention to detail, as well as dependable with a distinct desire to serve others. The candidate should be comfortable as a self-starter and able to handle multiple projects at any given time. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing day to day administrative and operational functionality of the sales team of Account Executives as well as coordinating communication within and across departments and will serve as a conduit to management and executive level team members.
A minimum of a high-school diploma with relevant practical business experience is required. A college degree is a plus. Foodservice experience and selling, business-to-business (B to B) is important to us and highly desirable. Understanding of high end food and beverage locations is important, including luxury hotel brands, resorts and chef driven restaurants.
Manage our existing book of business, both in the immediate territory and beyond. Client Visitation is an integral part of our business and will be performed on a regular basis in conjunction with our team of Account Executives.
Relationship Management through leveraging existing relationships as well as creating opportunities are a large component of this position and will involve an ever growing and changing list of prospects that are targeted to fit within our brand of product offerings.
Grow the existing book of business by being a resource to our clients, by identifying an appropriate product mix, by strategically growing the product mix. Ask for referrals from our most important clients to expand our business opportunities and
Prepare proposals, estimates, service contracts and a variety of client specific documentation in order to develop new clients. Maintain a flow of communication to track all proposals within the prospect life-cycle and oversee the proposals of the team of AE's.
Communicate effectively with all LAMILL departments to ensure successful business operations for both our existing clients and all prospective clients. Follow all previously established company Standard Operating Procedure's (SOP's) for the sales cycle and serve as a liaison between the client and LAMILL as well as between the sales department and all other LAMILL departments.
