Office Administrative Position
Duties will include fielding phone calls, managing calendars, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, filing, preparing reports and financial data; and agent/customer relations. Requires strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well with all agents and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. Also, this position will assist with overflow work from administrative and executive assistants and fill in for the office receptionist as needed.
Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook are a must. Specific real estate industry experience preferred but not fully necessary.
