The Ayurvedic Institute is seeking a Part-time receptionist / office assistant to help with day to day duties within the Panchakarma Department. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: answering phones, screening, booking and scheduling clients, responding to emails, paperwork, billing, managing supplies and maintenance, handling client requests and generally supporting the PK department staff. Hours will be Monday through Friday and from 1pm to 6pm, or approximately 25 hours per week. May require afternoon hours as well during the training period.
Job qualifications include: office and administrative experience, computer and Microsoft Office skills, exceptional telephone etiquette and people skills. A basic knowledge of Ayurveda, alternative health, complementary medicine or spa management is preferred.
Rate is $12/hr.
