Small private company in downtown Santa Barbara is looking for Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate would have a couple of years' experience working in an office environment, know a little bookkeeping and be able to use Microsoft Office and the internet proficiently.
Duties include but not limited to
-Provide support for the executives
-Screening telephone calls, emails, inquiries and requests in a professional manner
-Make travel arrangements
-Coordinate meetings and appointments based on the executives' calendars
-Order office supplies
-Send packages by Fed Ex or UPS
-Maintain files either by hard copies or scanning
-Help with quarterly distributions
-Prepare small reports using Excel spreadsheets
The type of candidate we are looking for would be energetic, committed, detail oriented, and organized. Discretion and confidentiality are essential attributes for the position.
