Looking for a full time sales assistant whom will be responsible for supporting our online accounts, assisting the sales staff, and providing administrative, clerical, and customer support.
Job and Skill Requirements:
Must have strong computer skills which includes Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) Adobe Photoshop skills are a plus.
Must have superior organizational and communication skills
Must be outgoing, self-motivated, driven to exceed established goals and be able to work both independently and as a team player.
Must have the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail oriented and meticulous
Must perform daily review of emails, open tasks, future projects, new concepts and new ideas.
Maintain inventory and selling sheets
Process and analyze customer sales reports, data and progress reports.
Create, Upload and maintain SKU's with our customers
Make PowerPoint presentations for sales staff.
Arrange and prepare for meetings
Maintaining the showroom and reorganizing after appointments
Resolves order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; identifying alternate means for filling orders; notifying managers and customers.
Updates managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
Forwards samples by entering request; arranging shipment; notifying customer.
Looking to pay $12 an hour, with expectations of growing within the company.
