We are seeking a very strong Solutions Sales Executive with a book of business and vast experience in OUTSOURCING.

We are looking for a Solution Sales Executive to drive net new business in the Tri-state area!

The primary focus will be to properly manage Swiss Post Solutions' presence in the assigned territory with above market growth in revenues and margins.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:
Meet or exceed company revenue growth goals by aggressive prospecting for new accounts
In collaboration with the appropriate team members, construct and implement a territory and account development plan that optimizes revenue growth, profitability and customer satisfaction/loyalty
Gain access and build long-term relationships with the appropriate account decision makers
Be able to conduct client presentations articulating the value proposition of SPS and all of SPS' service offerings
Complete all required training
Properly maintain pipeline and forecast reporting in CRM (Oracle)
Communicate with people of all levels both internally and externally, and work with customer's, decision makers and influencers
Be responsive to the customers' needs and follow through on all aspects of requests, both written and verbal
Work closely with Leadership, HR and Area Managers when responding to RFP's
Make high level sales presentations when needed
Attend trade shows along with conferences, both educational and customer oriented
Education and Experience requirements include:
3-5+ years' experience in Sales, preferably in Outsourcing or Business Services
Bachelor's or MS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology or Liberal Arts
Additional training in sales processes and consultative methodologies
Business Planning experience

Excellent customer relation skills (communication, setting and meeting expectations, listening, etc.)
Financial Management for both Area and customer ROI
Ability to think and act at both strategic and tactical levels
Highly developed analytical skills
Highly developed consultation and interpersonal skills
Able to work individually
Computer literate, high level of accuracy and detail oriented
Able to multi-task and maintain strong organizational skills
The SR will be required to travel domestically and internationally.
The starting base salary is dependent on experience with an uncapped commission plan. Swiss Post Solutions offers a competitive benefit package including:
