Intake Specialist (Customer Service Representative)
Temp-to-Hire and Full Time
Responsible for communication with customers and the general intake process
Completes order intake, verifies medical insurance and notified customer of any payment responsibilities.
Provides instruction on the use of durable medical equipment, including safety issues, insurance coverage, delivery schedules and company billing practices.
Has regular phone contact with clients to ensure suitability of equipment and to answer any questions.
Must be familiar with insurance verification through Navinet. Will train the right person on equipment, must be reliable and professional.
Ideal candidate will have worked in a doctor's office in front end dealing with patient check in/out, insurance verification/authorizations, co-pays or previously with DME.
