Thermal Conditioning, Inc. seeks a proven relationship builder that has a track record of developing service business. This is preventive maintenance and repair service for mission critical equipment. The market includes commercial, industrial and institutional facilities within Charlotte and surrounding areas. Experience in HVAC commercial maintenance sales is preferred, but related commercial success is acceptable.
This is primarily a prospecting and relationship building role that includes: Making contact with decision maker and persons of responsibility establishing rapport and developing trust uncovering pains and individual needs providing holistic solutionsgetting decision and closing the business
Strong technical background in HVAC is not required, but helpful. This person will be well-supported with a strong technical team behind them.
