Be ready for the fall busy season. With your own location, you can to up and running in September.
We had to close our business, due to my wife's medical problems. So, we packed everything up, hoping to reopen, but it never happened. In fact she was homebound for 2 years.
So, reality has set in, and it is time to sell everything.
We are not looking to make a profit, in fact, you will be getting a bargain.
This is how some of the pricing breaks down.
Floral walkin cooler. Ordinary walk in coolers do not work, for flowers. $8,000.
Triple reach in glass front display cooler. Again must be florist cooler. $3,500.
Point of sale florist H/P computer system, right down to the cash reg. $7,500
Work tables.
Phone system.
Office supplies.
Sidewalk sign, open sign.
Boxes and boxes of florist supplies.
Rental equipment, for weddings.
Display cubes of different heights.
Remaining gifts.
All candle making supplies, jars, wax, wicks, etc. High profit.
Already made up door reefs.
Artificial flowers.
Ribbon, Oh my, it must be a thousand rolls. Easily a couple of thousand dollars worth.
Ribbon display units (2). These are worth their weight in gold, for organization.
Gift wrap paper. I lost count.
...and probably some things I have forgotten about.
Really, I do not know what the above would come to, so I did not even try to price it.
A really great perk to owning a florist business, is that, almost anything you can think of, you can buy wholesale. Going to gift markets in Atlanta, Dallas, Biloxi, or anywhere is a business write off for travel.
This would be a great addition for an established bridal shop.
Please note, this is a FOB cash sale, from Covington, Louisiana
