Sequoia Chevrolet, Buick, & GMC in Sanger, CA is seeking the right individual to join our business office team! This is a full-time position with many benefits; health, dental, paid vacation & holidays, AFLAC, and a 401k retirement package.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Accurately enter customer information.
Accurately enter vehicle information.
Process all DMV technical issues.
Ensure all DMV requirements are met.
Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Be able to multi-task; while consistently delivering quality and timely product in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
Assist with answering and transferring calls of a multi-lined phone system.
Service and Parts cashiering.
Post car deals into computer system.
Provide excellent customer service skills to all customers while in the dealership as well on the telephone.
Must have Auto Dealership DMV experience.
Knowledge of DMV legal issues and State Compliances.
Strong spreadsheet skills.
Strong communication skills; both verbal and written.
Positive customer service skills.
Willingness to work as a cohesive team member.
Ability to learn our custom DMV software.
Bi-Lingual a plus.
