Maleko is currently hiring an experienced Administrative Assistant for one of our top clients in the Fresno area.
Job Description and requirements listed below:
Administrative Assistant- $11.50 an hr. Mon-Fri, 8 am-4:30 pm
Responsible for answering phones, routing calls, taking messages and filing.
Will monitoring attendance through the timekeeper system, researching missed punches by asking employees, supervisors, and checking security camera footage.
Will be responsible for taking vacation request slips and routing to the appropriate supervisor for approval, and will update vacation calendar in the office as well as file away slips for tracking.
Receives invoices, reviews for accuracy, and routs to appropriate manager that approves that particular vendor.
Cleans the break room kitchen area, and orders office and break room supplies.
