We are looking for talented technicians with a minimum of 5 years cooking experience in high volume full service restaurants with at least two of those years in a supervisory position.
--Nights and weekends are required but open schedule flexibility is a definite bonus.
--You are able to call tickets, organize and direct the production of all food, and coordinate the pass window for the servers.
--You are technically proficient in all stations and have the ability to produce high quality food to recipe within specified timing standards in an extremely fast paced environment.
--You always keep the facility clean, organized and maintained in like new condition.
--You are that rare individual who knows results are achieved through their people.
--You are able to recruit, train, coach and retain your staff
--What really sets you apart is your ability to coach, train, and develop your team members so they can move to higher positions.
--If you have a positive, teamwork oriented attitude, with the drive to master your current position and the desire to learn the Chef position we would like to hear from you.
