Open Doors Hospitality Group is seeking a highly organized candidate who will assist executive chef with:
*hiring, training, mentoring, evaluating and terminating all kitchen employees
*menu development and execution
*ordering and receiving of all food, paper and cleaning supplies
*setting up and organizing all kitchen storage facilities
*performing inventory on a monthly basis
*maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:
*Culinary degree preferrred, but extensive experience is acceptable replacement
*3 years kitchen management experience
*Have a full understanding of P&L's
*Serv-Safe Certification
*Out-going personality
*Creative cooking style
*True love of food
