Medical equipment company seeking customer service representative to answer phone calls from our patients. Our customer service representatives help answer questions about medical equipment and insurance coverage, take payments, and schedule deliveries. This individual must be able to multi-task, enjoy a fast paced environment, have great phone etiquette, and maintain a positive attitude. Experience not required. Will train right candidate.
