I have two issues;
If ANYONE knows an attorney who will be willing to take this case for one or both of these issues I would greatly appreciate it. I am so upset that I have been ripped off by both the credit union and the dealer who sold me the car. due to confidential information I will not name either company until I get a call from someone who is willing to help me for a low cost. It won't be in my best interest to seek help if I wind up paying for these issues through an attorney unless I get someone who is savvy enough to get the two agencies to pay the charges for me.
1) I actually wanted to go to court to get my losses from this credit union but found it was out of my league. My original car loan was around :$12,000 from the credit union in NJ, I purchased the car in Harrisburg PA. which was a Chevy 2006 purchased 9/11/06; Believe it or not I am paying the last payment for this car this month; Sept 2015 almost 10 years later. They have given all kinds of excuses as to why I have paid three times as much for this car than I should have. This is not my first purchased car; I have owed 7 or more cars and none of them went over the agreed date to pay the car off. I also paid for insurance within the loan that allows me to be out of work for a total of 12 months. I believe they tacked these payments to the end of my loan and caused my loan to increase with interest payments.
2) The second issue is that I also had an extended warranty on my car. The dealer exhausted my warranty with charges all related to the heating/cooling system. The warranty is over and the dealer will not cover the main component being the control arm for the heating/cooling system because they say the car is out of warranty now. My car has no heat nor cooling air.
Please call me if you know anyone who can help me.
