To continue our growth and yours: We are seeking an experienced property management professional to join our vibrant and service oriented team and assist in the management of our beautiful Season's on Fourth Avenue Community!
Sample of duties may include:Prepares or causes to be prepared lease or rental agreements for leases and collects specified rents, deposits & fees.Preparing and hosting resident functions and activities on the site 2-3 times per week.Maintains marketing, advertising and available notification of properties.Maintains all property checklists and keeps proper filings of all documents.Maintains all tenant and owner database files.Performs tenant move in inspections, move out inspections and reports any unsatisfactory conditions. Assists in tenant and owner move out and closeout paperwork.Tracks current collection accounts.Performs verbal and written communication for rent verifications.Arranges for alterations to, or maintenance, upkeep, or reconditioning of property as specified by the Property Manager.Reports on status of properties such as occupancy rates, percentage of owner occupied and dates of expiration of leases.Performs verbal and written communication to owners, tenants, and vendors as directed by the Property Manager.Contacts utility companies to arrange for transfer of service for tenants.Assists with eviction of tenants in compliance with directions from the property manager.All employees are expected to perform any reasonable work requested that falls within the qualification but not specifically described.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Direct site staff in the absence of Resident Manager.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
One year certificate from college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills Testing Pass Microsoft Word 2010 Normal User Testing with a 80% or higher score.Pass Microsoft Outlook 2010 Normal User Testing with a 75% or higher score.Type with accuracy and speed 50+ wpm.
