Currently recruiting for CSR positions in West Knoxville. Looking for professional, enthusiastic individuals with a willingness to help others!

Summary:
The Call Support Unit Associate will professionally handle incoming and outgoing calls, while maintaining required metrics to assist in the Company's success. Follow company guidelines, polices, and procedures

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Answering inbound overflow sales calls
Placing outbound calls to customers who have expressed interest in being contacted.
Internal customer file creation
Conversion of leads to sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
Must exercise good judgment and be able to work both independently or in a team setting as needed.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent typing and proofreading skills
Highly adept at multi-tasking
Bilingual in Spanish and English desired
Strong computer skills including knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Experience/Education:
HS Diploma or GED
Prior data entry/clerical experience

Hours are M-F 3pm-12am/rotating wknds
Pay Rate: 9.00 (9.25 for Bilingual)
