Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Open and process service work orders.
Answer service department telephone and direct calls.
Handle all filing to include: history files, daily reports, literature, and micro-fiche.
Handle service mail including delivery and pickup.
Other duties may be assigned.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
