Energetic and personable administrative/leasing specialist needed for multi-family housing community in the Hampton area.
This is a fabulous opportunity for someone who is looking for a permanent position in property management! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year administrative/leasing experience, and have an outgoing, positive and persistent approach with a emphasis on providing outstanding customer service to our residents. Responsibilities include touring apartments at two different locations and processing applications of prospective residents, marketing the community, submitting work orders for residents, assisting with posting rental payments, and ability to complete all other duties as assigned by management. Required skills include computer proficiency, and knowledge of property management software such as Onesite. Ability to keep up in a fast paced environment and multi task is a must! Saturday hours may be required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Our company offers competitive pay, health benefits, paid holidays, sick/vacation time.
