- Help customers via web share get started using the software
- Write best practice documents for commonly reported issues
- Work directly with dev team to suggest new enhancements
- Create new demos and samples to help customers
No fear of the phone- Will need to make outbound calls to check in on customers.
Technology Inclined - Ability to learn new systems and software applications.
Clear Communicator verbal and written
Salary: $40-$70K - based on prior experience and education.
