The Home Care Nurse is a registered nurse who administers skilled nursing care to patients at home under the direction of the Home Care Manager, and in accordance with the physician's orders/plan of care.
Successful candidate must have:
Minimum one (1) year experience as professional nurse required.in an acute care setting.
Current CPR card.
Current and valid California State RN licenses.
Valid California driver's license required.
Minimum liability AUTO insurance, $100,000.00 per person and $300,000.00 per occurrence and $50,000.00 property damage.
