Looking for an experienced banquet chef or banquet sous chef. Must be experienced in all facets of the banquet or catering experience. Have experience sitting in BEO meetings, discussing menu options with catering event coordinators as well as interacting with the client. Must be able to facilitate your expectations to your staff. Would like someone who likes to give on going training to your culinary staff. Heavy weekend catering as well as some during the week. Your schedule will be event specific. You will oversee your staff with the executive chef. This is a hands on position. Please send your resume with salary expectations. This is a position that can grow in the future.
