We are looking for candidates who possess the qualities that will contribute to the successful future of our company. The Contact Center Representative is responsible for representing clients who have contracted with our contact center the professional answering of calls. The representative is the virtual receptionist, secretary, customer service representative, order taker as specified by the client requirements. The representative will use answering service software at an operations station to service incoming and outgoing calls. Responsible for meeting call expectation requirements.

The Contact Center Representative is evaluated on the following functions: Efficiency, Job Knowledge, Excellent Communication Skills, Dependability, Courtesy.

Requirements: Typing 35wpm, Bilingual (English/Spanish), Clear Speaking Voice. Ability to Listen and Type, Verify and Confirm information, ability to meet minimum call requirements per hour and service levels.
