Looking for an experienced kitchen manager and head chef:
Candidate must have minimum 2-4 years experience in a fast paced high volume environment.
Must have the understanding, knowledge and ability to teach safety, sanitation and food handling procedures. (Serve Safe Certified)
The right candidate must be a self-motivated reliable team player with a strong work ethic ready to jump in where needed.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Inventory, able to order and receive, cost management, creating daily specials, helping with seasonal menu design, managing kitchen staff and daily operations.
