In this part time position (Saturday 8 a.m. -- 5 p.m. and Sunday 8 a.m. -- 3 p.m.) you will effectively manage dealers and company assets to achieve maximum revenue, transactions and utilization while adhering to all cost saving objectives.



Responsibilities and essential job functions included by are not limited to:

Oversees the profitable and productive use of inventory within territory. Utilize key business drivers such as revenue, revenue per unit, utilization, and transactions to position fleet for maximum return. Ensure all reservations are covered on a daily basis.
Leverage information systems to optimize maintenance scheduling and PM currency. Communicate maintenance performance deficiencies with appropriate field management.
Assess market demographics. Identify under penetrated markets and Dealers. Communicate market findings with appropriate functional areas, and recommend and implement action plans to improve penetration.
Monitor daily inventory requirements. Schedule and prioritize daily runs to fulfill reservations, and communicate placement of reservations. Monitor transfer service performance and driver quality. Identify and move all trucks designated for disposal from the active fleet.
Perform other duties as needed or assigned.



Required Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 1 year of customer service or retail experience or Associate's Degree plus 2 years of supervisory experience and 1 year of customer service or High School Diploma plus 2 years of supervisor experience and 2 years of customer service experience



The successful candidate must be willing to and/or possess the following:

Valid driver's license and good driving record
Strong time-management and multi-tasking skills and capable of determining priorities in a fast paced, changing environment.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly communicate accurate inventory information to a wide variety of audiences, including staff, operations and corporate management.
Strong organizational and administrative skills needed to ensure day to day smooth operations and to keep detailed, accurate records.
Strong problem-solving and results-driven orientation. Able to demonstrate drive for achieving results and the ability to convey a sense of urgency when appropriate.
Ability to build relationships and rapport with others and interact positively and professionally with all levels internally and externally.
Strong customer service skills along with a strong responsiveness to the inventory needs of staff at each location, and the needs of the customers.
Strong math and analytical skills, ability to analyze complex inventory data and cost figures to determine areas of concerns or areas that require action.
Proficient computer skills including working knowledge of MS Office Excel.
Ability to work flexible schedule (some weekends).
