Office Assistant (Carmichael CA )
Office Assistant (FULL TIME)
- Monday through Friday, 09:00 17;00 (1HOUR) None Paid Lunch 35 Hrs week
- Must have a minimum of 1yr+ of office experience
- Must have reliable car with insurance, clean driving record. Some driving required.
- Must be able to Multi-task
-Must have good communication skills & excellent customer service
_Must be able to use Word Excel and have Excellent Computer and Office Skills
_Must also have Good Telemarketing and Sales Experience!
_ Must be Fast learner and Performer
_ Great Customer Service
The position requires the person to answer phones, take messages, direct calls, file, organize, track & purchase office supplies, directly assist manager with projects. Must be familiar with basic office equipment, faxing, copying, scanning, and must have basic computer skills to be able to research on the internet, scan & save documents, typing required, write letters, mailings, and coordinating emails, work with vendors in collecting & filing invoices. The position requires scheduling appointments for manager and direct communication with clients. The ability to Multi-task is a must; must be attentive to details; ability to complete work on time and efficiently.
