A1 Electrical, is small, but growing commercial Electrical contractor doing work throughout California.

We are seeking an part time office manager /project coordinator with 2-5 years office coordinating or management experience in the Electrical/Construction preferred.
Experience Required:

Office Coordinating/Management Experience.
Billing/Schedule of Values/Payments.
Proposals and change orders.
RFI's.
Database for vendors, subs, general contractors thru.
Placing and tracking material orders/purchase orders.
Microsoft word and Excel knowledge a must!
Accounting:
A/R and A/P
Interpersonal:
Self motivated
Team player with great attitude who is willing to step in and help with office related tasks.
