Essential Duties Include:
-Experience with Illustrator or something comparable
-Serve as main point of contact for all administrative-related questions from clients
-Work closely with actors to achieve their goals
-Send and receive official correspondence
-Excellent communication and writing skills
-Handle sensitive and confidential information pertaining to our clients
-Work with the community on volunteer related projects
Background & Skills Requirements:
Minimum of 1+ years of experience working in administration or related field
Entertainment/sales experience is not necessary but is preferable
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
