Answer phones
Take orders over the phone and process them
Employee/company phone list
Responsible for general clerical duties including filing, scanning, copying, and printing.
Sort and distribute mail and faxes
Run errands
Responsible for execution and completion of all projects as they are assigned through the direction of supervisors and managers.
Other duties and/or projects as assigned.
Possess the ability to solve problems and make adjustments in a fast-paced environment.
Fosters a teamwork environment
Exhibits strong attention to detail.
Exhibits a polished, professional demeanor and is able to represent the company when greeting clients, visitors and business contacts.

Required Skills-
At least 2 years of administrative experience in an office setting.
Must demonstrate the ability to manage priorities effectively for timely completion of tasks and the ability to work with minimum supervision.
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite programs (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
Excellent verbal communication skills; should be customer service driven and professional appearance.
Self-starter with the ability to be proactive
Strong work ethic

Team work and collaboration skills
