Base Pay: $40k with potential for growth

Company Overview: As the official race team for Kia in North America we provide Kia Dealerships with aftermarket accessories, products, and marketing material to help leverage the success of the race team as well as increase the dealer margin when selling new Kia automobiles. We operate under two mantras: "Work smarter not harder and we strive to make our service level be the "Ritz Carlton of accessory programs!" Our office is right in the race shop so you have to be ok with engines revving, air drills spinning, and music blasting. Of course all this will be outside of the nice air conditioned office you will be in.

Position: We are seeking an Office Manager to manage the behind the scenes "goings on." You will be the backbone of the sales team and without you we cannot function at the high level we must.

You must possess all of the following:

2.Extensive Working Knowledge of QuickBooks (You should all but be able to teach a QB course) (Mandatory)

Job Duties Include:
1.Order processing (Sales Orders/Packing Slips) and Invoicing in QuickBooks
2.Act as an extension of the sales team and provide a point of contact for customers with questions about orders and deliveries
3.High interaction with customers and vendors
4.Answering the main phone line
5.Create purchase orders in QuickBooks and send to vendors
6.Create shipping labels using UPS/FedEx Online
7.Follow up with vendors on a daily basis to have all proper shipping tracking numbers for customers
8.Maintain a tracking spreadsheet on google docs on a daily basis
9.Maintain an ongoing email marketing list and send Mail Chimp emails on a bi-monthly basis
10.Weekly inventory of products and order new products as needed
11.Accounts Payable
12.Enter incoming invoices from orders to vendors for payment
13.Enter all CC charges and do weekly reconciliation
14.Accounts Receivable
15.Organization of shipping practices to customers
16.Follow up on invoices before they become past due
17.Send monthly statements to dealerships
18.Weekly A/R report to track down any accounts that are outstanding to get them current.
19.Receive and enter payments into QuickBooks
20.Appointment Setting for meetings with the SVP Dealer Integration and President to meet with General Managers of Dealerships around the country
