My name is Eric, an I'm seeking employment or a small business loan to jump start my passion of food to a appetite/business near you. I've been baking from scratch an also cooking since I was 15. I've learned from extraordinary teachers from Peru, Jamaica, and many more. I started my 1st job at Oak springs nursing Warrenton, VA 2005-2008 as a cook/aide, 2nd job was a aide at Friendly's restaurant Warrenton, VA 2009, 3rd job Cusano's Italian Bakery Hallandale beach fl April 2012-May 2013 where I gained tremendous experience in the bakery business (proofing, baking in: rack oven, tunnel oven, deck oven, humidity&temperature ratio for bread mixing, artisan bread, brioche, french baguette, and more. After working at Cusano's I went to school at Mcfatter tech center for 3 months an aquired my food production and manager servsafe certification. Afterwards I worked at Wetakethecake bakery Nov 2013-April 2014 baking cakes, cheesecake, cupcakes an pastry from scratch. The most recent job I had was Rhino doughnuts and coffee May 2014-Sept 2014, my duties included measuring doughnut ingredients for days production, mixing dough in 50 lb batches in Hobart stand mixer, insure proper handling of dough upon leaving machine, cutting dough with custom cutter to company standards, placing dough on screens for proofing, and sometimes frying dough. Also making cinnamon rolls, apple fritters, mini doughnuts, and croissant/doughnut mixture. After my duties ended mixing I would deliver doughnuts to store front. I'm very ambitious, keen to detail, was attending Keiser university for business but stopped to purse career in food industry.
