I am selling a YMGI brand 60,000 BTU Mini-Split Air conditioner. It is a dual zone, so is really 2x 30,000 BTU and is capable of cooling/heating two separate areas. I have the outdoor compressor unit, both indoor units, the mounting brackets for indoor units, the remotes for indoor units, and the owners manual and installation instructions. The only thing it is missing are the "line-sets" which are two copper lines that connect between the compressor and indoor units. I kinked these when trying to un-install it from my last residence. The "lin-sets" can be purchased at any AC supply store.
Basically the story with this unit is I lived in Modesto in the Central Valley of California where it is really hot. The house I lived in did not have AC, I bought it for $3,800. It was only used for 1 year and has sat in storage for the last year. When it was disconnected it was done so by a licensed AC technician and the refrigerant was vacuumed back into the tank and the valves were closed off before it was taken apart so it has all the R410A refrigerant it needs to run.
For those of you that do not know about these type AC's, they are the newest technology and will slowly replace all other old styles of AC. The refrigerant/unit is far more efficient and environmentally friendly than old styles. Also, what is really nice is you do not have to run large ducting to and from the indoor units, just the "line-set" which includes two small copper lines.... thats it! They recycle the air from within the space, so people with allergies would love this type of unit. It also has a built in dehumidifier.
Here is a link to the specs on the unit.
Please let me know if you have nay questions.
