Apex Laboratory, Inc. is seeking a client service lead representative. The lead representative would assist with the scheduling, training of new employees, and help with employee reviews and difficult phone calls. In addition the lead would also be responsible to answer phones, perform data entry, call results & other office functions.
Managerial and healthcare experience is preferred.
Hours are Monday -Friday 2pm-10pm. Employee must be able to work well under pressure & remain pleasant when talking on the phone.
Apex Laboratory, Inc. is a Clinical Diagnostic Laboratory that has served the NY Metropolitan area for 17 years. We provide a wide range of laboratory services exclusively to homebound patients or residents of nursing homes by sending our technicians to collect their specimens and report the laboratory results to the ordering physician. Our goal is to provide high quality and timely clinical laboratory services.
