Our company is a direct marketing company located in Melville, NY. We seeking to hire a Part-Time Assistant Media Coordinator to join our rapidly expanding company.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Our company markets a line of health and wellness products that are advertised on television and radio. As an Assistant Media Coordinator, you will work closely with our Marketing Director and Media Buyers to assist with the coordination and planning of television and radio advertising.
We are seeking someone who can work Monday-Friday, 20-25 hours per week, approximately 5 hours a day (some flexibility with hours provided)
The position will also be responsible for the following:
?Coordinating television appearances
?Facilitating all processes and follow-ups for live and prerecorded television segments
?Assist with inputting media traffic from contracts into our media schedule
?Update media reports for sales/metric results
?Update media calendars
?General administrative duties
?Excellent organization, prioritization, communication and writing skills.
?Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment
?Excellent Word and Excel skills.
?Must be able to multitask
?Minimum Associates Degree in Marketing and/or Communications required
WHAT WE OFFER:
