Seeking a part-time personal assistant to help with a wide range of tasks.

The perfect candidate will be calm but quick, highly organized and capable of handling multiple diverse tasks. A working knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel are required. Some familiarity with cloud based file sharing is valuable. A good sense of priorities, flexibility, willingness to do whatever it takes with passion for the work are fundamental.

Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Basic office tasks such as managing mail, answering phones, ordering supplies, travel arrangements and letter writing

Maintaining contacts and project files

Running errands and home organizing (Roughly 1 hour/per day)

This is a part-time job with a very flexible schedule. Minimal travel required, expenses paid.
