JOB DETAILS: Position is responsible for all incoming calls, with a pro-active approach to client servicing, ensuring all client needs are handled in a professional and timely manner. Must be able to 'think on your feet' and work in a fast-paced setting, yet remain attentive to detail and able to multi-task effectively. Will also provide A/P and invoice support, along with other clerical support tasks as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:Minimum 2 years office experience, including multi-line phones and/or call center backgroundMinimum 1-2 years accounting experience required, preferably A/P relatedMust have strong working knowledge of MSWord, Excel & Outlook, QuickBooks, type min 40wpmAttention to detail and accuracy is critical. Must be very organized and able to work in a fast-paced settingMust possess strong communication skills, written & verbalMust have verifiable professional referencesMust possess High School diploma (or equivalency of)PAY / SCHEDULE:
Temp-to-Hire position requiring immediate availability, paying $15.00-19.00 per hour (based on accounting experience). Monday-Friday 8am-5pm shift.
