We are seeking a part-time (afternoons) candidate for our client systems support position which combines elements of general data entry, Excel (formulas) data entry and management, problem solving, answering phones and administration.
The candidate must be a self-starter that is comfortable supporting existing clients via email and phone support while multi-tasking in software systems and Excel spreadsheets.
Must haves for this position: ? Friendly and outgoing phone voice - willing to learn our client support and service culture.
Must have a minimum of 3 years admin support experience.?
Ability to navigate using a PC, Windows and the Internet. ?
Ability to quickly switch between different programs, including web browsers, Microsoft Office Suite, and other online systems. ?
Knowledge with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel. ?
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and follow up on open requests in a fast pace environment. ?
Must be able to work as a team while sitting up to 5 hours in a quiet office setting.
-Works in web learning portals also known as Learning Management Systems (LMS), to support customer's users, managers and administrators
-Prepares training plans using Excel templates, based on customer's employee positions and departments -Maintains learning portals by updating customer's new hire, termed and transferred employees
-Reviews online courses for narration issues, grammar or misspelled words or other errors or omissions
-Provides reports as needed to resolve customer training discrepancies - Assists with new customer implementations, note taking, appointment and email administration via Outlook email and Calendar, Word and other proprietary software systems such as CRM (customer relationship management systems)
-Takes calls for seminar registration, includes enrolling clients in seminars or troubleshooting issues with seminar registration
-Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines -Quality control auditing and other projects as needed.
RELATED BUSINESS/TECHNICAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES:
- Solid computer skills, including Word, Excel (formulas), Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Excellent communicator (written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast pace environment
- Must be highly organized and effectively prioritize tasks
- Strong customer service skills related to internal and external clients
- Maintaining a highly professional behavior and setting the example for others to follow
Location: Old Town
Length: Possible temp to hire for right candidate
Schedule: Mon-Fri 1230pm-5pm
