Sales Administrator Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Sales teams
Process all orders through the company's system in a timely fashion
Liaise with logistic and purchasing to ensure products are shipping on schedule
Communicate directly with sales force to support sales efforts, communicate item changes or new product
Respond to phone and email customer questions and provide timely response to sales questions
Maintain a running count of Open & Current Orders for reporting purposes
Manage, input and authorize, chargebacks, RA and any promotional activity
Analyze and provide weekly reports on marketing funds and sales activity
Act as a liaison between internal departments and the Sales team
Assist with proposals, and other documents associated with the sales process
Set up meetings for Sales department
Maintain collateral materials for marketing, client presentations and proposals
Coordinate Event participation for Trade Shows
Maintain confidentiality of all information and data transacted in the daily performance of job responsibilities


Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
3+ years of administrative experience supporting a sales team
Bilingual English\Spanish Required (speak/read/write)
Advanced Microsoft Office skills ( excel, word, outlook, power point, etc)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary
Great attitude in stressful situations and focused driven
must have the ability to multitask, be able to maintain good customer relations, and keep detailed records
Performs other related duties as assigned
