Lakefront Property Management LLC needs a Senior Administrative Assistant to help lead our small office in Solana Beach. Knowledge of real estate and property management a HUGE plus. Successful candidate must have strong Microsoft Office skills, be excellent and organizing, prioritizing, and multitasking in many different directions simultaneously. Top notch customer service skills required. Responsibilities will include preparing leases, lease renewals, scanning documents, answering phones, filing, bill paying, rent payment, rent check deposit runs, picking up and sorting mail and other property management business related tasks. Responsibilities could later include database entry, bookkeeping and accounting. Position will start with 3 days a week (M, W, F from 9 am to 5:30 pm) and could turn into to a full time position after 90 days employment. Please submit resume by email to this posting.
