Secretary need it for Valet parking company.
OFFICE ASSISTANT -- Full-Time Immediate opening in Aventura / Hallandale area. Ideal candidate will have the ability to work in an office desk environment. Must have strong communication, organizational skills, bilingual is a plus (English & Spanish). Strong computer literacy required with experience in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks. College degree preferred but equivalent work experienced accepted. Position is pay by the hour. (Monday -Thursday for now) Interested candidates should submit a resume with cover letter.

Secretary Job Duties:
Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
Organizes work by reading and routing correspondence; collecting information; initiating telecommunications.
Maintains department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel; arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences.
Completes requests by greeting customers, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Prepares reports by collecting information. Quickbooks knowledge need it.
Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
Provides historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Preferred: One year of secretary or front desk experience
Employer will perform: Background check and drug test.
Proof of citizenship or work permit in order to legally work in the US.
