Office Manager - Administrative Assistant

The Office Manager is responsible for front desk management. Answers phones/takes message (with frequent interruptions), provides service to the management team, greets and directs visitors, coordinates meeting scheduling, makes coffee daily, answers questions about the System facilities and services, and manages intercompany mail. Position trains and supervises employees with disabilities, manages student internship placements, participates in monthly office manager meetings, coordinates community advisory meeting, and other duties assigned.


Must have strong customer service skills, extremely skilled in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, able to multi-task and handle large volume of telephone communication. Three years minimum office experience. Previous supervisory and healthcare experience preferred.
