We are currently seeking an Experienced Results Oriented
Kitchen Manager for our Restaurant in Bloomington, Illinois!

A Tony Roma's Kitchen Manager is serious about building guest loyalty and providing an Amazing Experience! He or she coordinates activities in the kitchen in order to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction in accordance with the Tony Roma's Way. He or she manages and oversees all aspects of Kitchen operations. This includes hiring, managing, training, and developing all Back of House departments. The Kitchen Manager is also responsible for achieving financial goals for his/her assigned department without compromising food or beverage quality and service.

Qualifications:
At least 2 Years of Experience Operating a Casual Theme Restaurant
Food Cost Knowledge
Excellent People Skills
Commitment to High Expectations
High Energy & Motivator
Professional Appearance and Demeanor
Ability to Work Long Hours & Handle Stressful Situations
