nice camper with a big slide. everything works but the water heater. have one that needs installation. Awning is not very good. sold with bill of sales........for the right deal I will include the use of campsite till fall, no power, no water, but ponds and brooks are close by, with lots of hiking trails ......... cash or trade........what do you have?
