Ideal candidate will be detail oriented, focused and responsible. Have a minimum of 5 years Extensive Bookkeeping experience, knowledge of QuickBooks, and be proficient with computers.
Successful candidate will work alongside management team as well as have direct interaction with our clients, vendors and fellow employees.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Maintaining general ledgers
Preparing journal entries
Maintain and process invoices and accounts receivables.
Verify and process A/P invoices and payments for management approval.
Analyze customer accounts and process collections where necessary.
Prepare QuickBooks reports for Management.
Perform month-end closing procedures.
Document Vendor Management
Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum 2 years extensive bookkeeping experience.
Proficiency with MS Office - Word and Excel.
Ability to adapt to new systems - willingness and initiative to learn.
QuickBooks experience preferable.
Professional demeanor and self-presentation.
Work accurately with close attention to detail.
Strong work ethic, good attitude and willingness to take on new tasks.
Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills.
Ability to work within strict, realistic deadlines.
Effectively utilizes tools/resources to work efficiently.
Demonstrates the highest level of confidentiality and personal and ethical standards.
