We are Brilliant Services and we are looking for a seasoned office professional to assist in our crazy busy business. If you answered "yes" to all of the above questions, we would really like to hear from you.

This job is a M-F, 8-5 position.

You must:
Be experienced
Consider yourself a customer service pro
Accurately type from dictation (at least 35 wpm)
Be super organized and able to handle inputs from many sources at the same time
Have good handwriting
Be able to master our online scheduling software
Be a "self starter"
Know Word (be able to create and edit professional documents quickly and accurately)
Have a great driving record - in case you have to run out a deliver a widget to a job site
Not take yourself too seriously - we're all human and we're all weird, let's respect that :-)
Be present for work every day and be consistently on time.

The admins have the best job in the entire organization. Above everyone else, you will have your finger on the pulse of the business. Our reputation begins with the person who answers the phone and ends with the person who calls to say "Thank you for using us". That's you.

The crazy part of the job is that there are essentially 3 companies running under 1 roof. The Home Cleaning Division runs differently than the Remodeling Division and that's different from the Commercial Division. We need someone who's great at anticipating what might happen next and can change course of action on a dime to best serve the client. One minute you might be typing up an estimate for our senior salesman; the next minute, you might take a phone call and wind up booking a job right over the phone.

We have various types of clients and each needs to be handled a different way. For example the manager of a large apartment complex is expecting a very different conversation than an elderly lady who's dishwasher is leaking. Clients who flip entire homes have a different mindset than a young lady who just backed into her carport and wants to fix it before her father finds out.
