Team Member Responsibilities
As an Burger King Team Member you will provide outstanding customer service while working closely with restaurant managers and other team members. You will participate in maintaining operational standards and best practices for all work areas. You will quickly and calmly report any customer or business issues and assist in resolving them to customer's satisfaction. You will demonstrate a high level of teamwork and positivity in support of a productive team environment. To do this you must be motivated, responsible, and passionate about your team and the customers.
Greet customers, receives orders, processes payments, and responds appropriately to customer needs.
Operate cash register or point of sale devices, as needed, and uses value-added suggestive-selling techniques to generate additional sales opportunities.
Verifies the accuracy of customer orders.
Prepares and packages food and drink products ordered by the customers.
Cleans kitchen area, counters, food preparation areas, and utensils.
Cleans dining room and exterior grounds.
Maintains health and safety standards in work areas.
Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed.
Performs duties at multiple workstations (e.g., front counter, drive-thru, prep boards, expediter, etc.)
Demonstrates patience and a positive attitude with team and customers at all times.
Works with team to act on customer feedback and resolve complaints in a timely, friendly and professional manner
Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Punctual and responsible with excellent attendance.
Wear a full/proper uniform that is neat and clean for all shifts.

Team Member Qualifications
Must be at least sixteen(16) years of age
Welcomes coaching and instruction with a positive attitude.
Desire to gain knowledge and skills in best practices and procedures within assigned areas.
Passionate about providing the highest quality of customer service in every situation.
Good communication and strong people skills.
Positive "can-do" attitude.
Recognizes and solves routine problems quickly and effectively
Effectively contributes to team effectiveness to achieve daily goals.

Physical Requirements
Occasionally lift, move, carry, and stack cartons from various heights to/from shelves
Stand and walk for long periods of time (duration of shift)
Occasionally climb on stools or ladders and reach for items located on shelves
Frequently squat or stoop to reach items on low shelves or off the floor
Requires frequent motions of bending, wiping, sweeping, mopping, wrapping, and squeezing
Frequent exposure to fluctuating temperatures in areas such as cooler, freezer and cooking sections of restaurant
